||  ABOUT THE CAMPUS  ||

The college campus is situated around 10 Kms, from Hyderabad Station, (Via Tolichowki). Amidst the scenic beauty, the college stands with a lake on one

side, the massive rocky mountains on the other. The serenity of the atmosphere adds to the beauty of the entire campus. This area is surrounded by innumerable National and International Academic Institutions like International Institute of Information Technology, Indian School of Business, National Cement Building & Research Institute, Engineering Staff College of India, etc.

The beautiful main education complex is well equipped with spacious classrooms, and the conference hall, which is furnished with all the modern amenities of audiovisual and conferencing facilities. There are both the men and women's hostels. The canteen and the library are well placed in the middle of the structure.

||  LIBRARY ||

The Library is well equipped for social work education and related subjects consisting of books, bound volumes of reports, and national and international journals, Videocassettes, CD and audio-tapes. It also maintains newspaper clippings and has been preparing bibliographies on request from individuals and agencies.

Apart from this, the library has a separate section for the Women's Study Cell project of University Grants Commission, having an exclusive collection of 242 books. It has started an audiovisual section in the year 1989. The college also plans to computerize library operations. The library not only caters to the needs of social work students but also to students and research scholars from other fields like medicine, home science, sociology and other social sciences.

||  HOSTEL  ||

The campus has a well-furnished hostel separately for both boys and girls. Preference is given to outstation candidates. A nominal fee is charged for mess in addition to the charges for maintenance.

||  PHYSICAL EDUCATION  ||

Facilities : The College has Indoor games – table tennis, carats, chess, Outdoor games- volley ball, cricket, basket ball, athletic events, shuttle, badminton, tennikoit and gym.

The College physical education wing, provides many opportunities to the students to participate in various physical fitness activities throughout the year. Students participate in various inter-college activities and represent Osmania University in the All India Inter University Tournaments in Cricket, Football, Power Lifting, Boxing and Caroms. They have also won several gold and silver medals.

||  COMPUTER CENTRE  ||

The college has established the most advanced Electronic Data Processing Unit. Services of the computers are being extensively utilized not only for developing teaching material and processing of research data but also for various day-to-day administrative purposes. The potential of computer applications in social work area is enormous. Knowledge of computers enables social workers to be more competent and effective. Each and every student, research scholar, faculty member gets opportunities to learn and use various computer based data processing techniques.

||  CANTEEN  ||

The campus has a well-maintained canteen with modern facilities.The College has added a new bulding to house the canteen, which is located closer to the hostel. it is well furnished and caters to both the day schoiers and hostellers.

|| CONFERENCE HALL ||

Another feather in the cap is the newly renovated air-conditioned Conference Hall. A well furnished hall with a capacity of accommodating 75 people and including all facilities for conducting seminars, workshops and training programs is available in the campus.
