Both BSW and MSW ensure promising jobs in Governmental departments and Non-Governmental Organisations. Our previous students are working in various fields of Social Work as:

	Counselors and Social Workers in family Counseling Centers, Adoption Centers, Schools, Street Children Projects, Drug De-addiction Centers, Hospitals;
	Community Organisers and Project Officers in Rural & Urban Community Development Projects such as water shed management and developmental projects;
	Personnel Officers and Labour Welfare Officers in Industry.

Besides these they are also eligible for all other general jobs in Government and Private sectors. The students are also eligible to appear for all the competitive examinations of the state and central governments.

The college helps students in job placements. Various organizations who need trained man power in different positions are in constant touch with the college. The college acts as a facilitator to provide necessary information to students regarding available jobs in organizations and helps them in getting absorbed in different fields.
