Recently 11 – 27 August 2011, I visited Taiwan on the official invitation from the Ministry of Cultural Affairs, Republic of China (Taiwan) to participate in events organized on the occasion of its centennial celebrations. I stayed in Keelung County all through my stay. My primary role was to experience the culture and tradition of the Taiwanese people and prepare a blog primarily and then develop a detailed report and submit to the organizers.

Around 250 young people are selected for this program. The selected participants includes academicians from prestigious universities, gold medal winners at recent Olympics, film actors, famous doctors, engineers and other professionals, National beauty contest winners, social workers, food and travel writers, bloggers, Journalists etc.,
